And speaking of birthdays, Dr. Letty Du and nephew Andrew Du celebrated their birthdays, this time differently. Instead of having dinner at her home in Temecula, Letty decided to have a different venue – the snow-capped Idyllwild – Pine Cove Mountains of Southern California. The mountain, next to Big Bear, was covered with an eight-inch snow and the Habhab group had a wonderful day skiing and riding on sleds, especially the children who, despite the cold surroundings, enjoyed every minute of their day at Humber Park.
Ouch! I was pinched! I didn’t know that if you don’t wear “green” on St. Patrick’s Day, you will be pinched. So poor me, I had to change into something green to continue with our shopping. That’s their tradition here huh!
