Avalon

CEBU, Philippines - Avalon, Primary Homes’ latest development, is a place where accessibility, convenience and beauty meet.

Located at the Cebu Business Park, the high-end condominium development, will have its topping off ceremonies next month, according to Ramiro Espina, VP for Sales and Marketing.

The 200-unit condo development, Espina said, has sold 70 percent of its units and Primary Homes will start to turn these over to its owners by the end of 2011.

“Avalon is the first residential condo in this area in 10 years and we are really happy with the results,” he said, adding that the property’s accessibility is the major reason that caught the interest of the buyers.A valon is just a stone’s throw away from the Ayala Center Cebu, as well as other offices and establishments within the Cebu Business Park.

Most of the buyers, according to Espina, are locals who married foreigners and retirees. There are also buyers who have bought property after downsizing their houses.

Avalon has three units to choose from – 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom units. The 1 Bedroom units are 59.5 sq. meters and are initially priced at P6M. The 2 Bedroom units are 89.5 sq. m. while the 3 Bedroom units are 123 sq. m.

“Cebuanos have realized that condo living is okay, especially with the traffic. And Avalon is so conveniently located. It is just a few minutes walk from the mall, banks, and other establishments. It cannot be denied that despite being a high-end condo project, Avalon has the best quality, best price and best location,” he said.

The development will feature amenities such as swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a daycare center, 24/7 security and CCTV cameras. Espina pointed out that they have put a premium on security and privacy and as a result, all the amenities are exclusive only for the homeowners and their guests. Condo owners also cannot roam freely in the different floors as access will be limited.

Avalon developer Primary Homes is a Cebu-based company that has a strong reputation in building residential projects. Its sister company, Primary Structures, is the contractor for all its projects.

“Our strength is that we have our own construction company and we really know the industry because we started in construction,” Espina added. (FREEMAN)
