CEBU, Philippines - The country’s popular mobile phone brand, Nokia, is intensifying the adoption of Ovi services to Filipino users with the introduction of another cellular phone model, the Nokia C5-03. The new model boasts of fast cellular connectivity at a pocket-friendly price.

Nalin said this is to aid the fast growing market for Ovi users, especially since there are more than 200,000 mobile sub-scribers signing up for Ovi services everyday.
“It’s a great looking touch device that delivers excellent value to teenagers who are keen on social networking, as well as to individuals who perennially lose their way around the city,” Nalin added.
Nokia C5-03 is a stylish full-touch smartphone that is available in graphite black and lime green colors. It comes with free Ovi Maps and voice-guided navigation for almost 80 countries. This Symbian ^1 smartphone includes a customizable home screen with quick access to contacts, email and the wealth of applications available in the Ovi Store.
Nokia C5-03 owners can also easily set up Ovi Mail, the free email account provided by Nokia, as well as a number of other popular email accounts including Yahoo!® Mail, and Windows Live™ Hotmail.
The Nokia C5-03 will hit stores nationwide with a suggested retail price of PhP10,120.
OVI is a unification of Nokia’s Internet services which covers music, games and maps, among others. This new user interface was initially rolled in the Philippines early 2009 with OVI share and OVI store.
