CEBU, Philippines - The grandiose edifice of Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort & Spa is jazzed up a notch higher for the holiday season. Four Christmas trees in four different colors, each representing the properties of Imperial Palace worldwide, greet visitors to the resort. The gold tree represents the Korea hotel, silver for Japan, pink as the hotel chain’s trademark hue and the tallest blue tree stands for Cebu. The ginger bread house is another attraction. Kids from Children’s Joy Foundation, its beneficiary, graced the tree lighting event and provided cheerful Christmas tunes. They will be performing again on December 19 and 24.

Vista Mar Resort & Country Club/SotoGrande Hotel & Resort’s Christmas tree lighting ceremony was very grand, just like their humongous Christmas tree. The event was complete with fireworks display.
