Oxygen, the country’s preferred gimmick wear brand, treated Cebuanos by bringing celebrity endorser Derek Ramsay to Cebu. Derek went to SM City Cebu and Ayala Center Cebu to greet his fans, sign autographs, and take pictures with Oxygen’s customers last July 11.
The crowd, both young and the young-at-heart alike, welcomed him with admiration and happiness. Shrieks of joy were heard everywhere he went.
The event started in SM Cebu during an unholy hour; nevertheless, Derek Ramsay was swarmed by the eager crowd. Some of the people weren’t even contented by the meet and greet session in SM Cebu, and so they followed Derek to Ayala Center Cebu.
Derek Ramsay arrived in Ayala Center during rush hour Friday. Everyone would have thought that Derek would be already drained from exhaustion because he was signing autographs and taking pictures for a little more than two hours already, but even without much sleep, Derek was energized by the fans shouting his name.
Derek Ramsay said that his face felt so numbed because he was smiling for hours during the event, yet he also said that he had so much fun. Cebu is one of his most favorite cities in the Philippines. Derek was glad to do the meet and greet for Oxygen, and of course for the fans.
