Italian cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines today but only a few restaurants have perfected the taste of authentic Italian dishes. It’s good to know, however, that Cebu has good Italian restaurants like La Tegola.
Early this year, La Tegola Cucina Italiana unveiled its fifth branch along Salinas Drive, Lahug. Italian master chef/president/owner Alfredo P. Malasomma opened the branch to better serve diners within the vicinity who are far from their Banilad, Busay and Mactan outlets. He wishes to serve them well by providing new recipes on the already tasteful menu offerings.
The latest branch showcases artistic wall paintings of Europe’s famous landmarks and the owner’s beloved hometown in Italy. There’s al fresco dining amidst a garden setting with Rosa de la Regine (famous roses of Italy) and a fountain at the left corner. The wonderful sights and the homey interiors truly relaxes diners while enjoying the resto’s pasta delights and wines.
With Malasomma’s 50 years of culinary experience, Italian cuisine is at its best in La Tegola.
