The L'Espace Kerastase combines high technology, luxury and relaxation. A refined atmosphere plays with space and light to create emotions, to help the body keep tensions away and to aid the mind in perceiving positive sensations. For Kerastase, the environment is a way to communicate, it is part of customer service.
In this space, everything revolves around the customer. The colour white, which is a dominating force from the moment of entry, lights up the whole area and gives a breath of fresh air, evoking equilibrium. Despite this, there is no trace of impersonality or coldness.
The technology is emotive and instinctive. A hair and scalp diagnosis machine uses software that magnifies and analyzes all types of hair and scalp conditions. This is facilitated by a Kerastase consultant who is an expert in the diagnosis programme. She creates a personalized Kerastase Ritual for every client and recommends a home care programme. Then she hands the client over to a therapist of the product application and massage. Each Ritual has a specific head, back and shoulder massage created to optimize each product benefit and active ingredient.
The washbasin is designed by Philippe Starck and all styling chairs were designed by Italian brand Maletti, which specialized in modern salon furniture.

A retail display showcases Kerastase's full range of products, for all types of clients with all types of hair. Before leaving the salon, clients are advised on their personalized product combination, to continue their haircare at home.
