CEBU, Philippines - In launching its latest project, a real estate developer has prepared a series of events designed to engage the community it currently serves.
AboitizLand claims it to be its first time in its 18-year history in the industry that the company organized daily events for a project launch – The Persimmon Studios.
Its latest project is the last installment of the AboitizLand first urban village, The Persimmon, situated along M. J. Cuenco Avenue, Mabolo, Cebu City.
Offering fully-furnished studio units and professionally-designed interiors in Asian contemporary architecture, The Persimmon Studios had sold out over 50 units at its pre-launch last week from its targeted launch hit of 75 units within the month.
Since the project is launched this week, the series of activities prepared by the company are intended to have its target markets to be involved which includes the young professionals, non-Cebu City-based families wishing to acquire a city home, the international Filipino market, the design-conscious and property investors.
“The depth and breadth of the market that The Persimmon Studios is serving are the reasons why the launch is an expansive series. It is a project that actualizes the vision of a vast array of individuals who have varied interests and who deserve to participate in events that are relevant to these interests,” AboitizLand Sales Manager Grace Lepiten said in a press statement.
Model units of The Persimmon Studios and a showcase of one unit treatment option are available for viewing from July 9 to 13 at The Persimmon Sales Office at the village and open house starts from 10 AM to 7 PM.
A Vecino Night for the company’s existing clients was celebrated at the Cebu Country Club yesterday in cooperation with Unionbank.
The by-invitation-only event was designed to present the project’s investment potentials to the company’s existing clientele, its current homeowners.
Vecino is the Spanish term for neighbors and is the term that AboitizLand has adopted to mean its clients and homeowners.
Lepiten noted that vecinos have historically been active in the investment market, purchasing more units at AboitizLand residential developments after they have bought their own homes from the company.
She added that the additional properties give high returns on investments as they are placed in the rental pool.
On July 11, an Investment Management Forum will be held at the Cebu Country Club since management of one’s financial reserves is part of the launch series.
There will also be a launch party at The Persimmon Plus, The Persimmon’s commercial sector, beginning at 6 p.m. on July 13. The party will feature the music of the New Zion Band and Shuffled and to be hosted by DJ Marlon Orellano. Guests will have free beer and discounts on food and other drinks while there will also be photo exhibits by Analog Cebu, L.E.D. Hoopers and POI Dancers.
The Persimmon Studios is a 16-storey building with a total of 632 units and each floor will have 44 units.
Equipped with ready-to-use furniture and fully-functional appliances, the combinable studio units have a monthly amortization of P7 888 monthly on a virtual straight-monthly stretched down payment scheme.
The construction is set to start on the third quarter of next year and will be completed and turned over on the third quarter of 2015. (FREEMAN)
