Montebello confident to endure competition

CEBU, Philippines - Despite the growing competition as more and more hotels are now sprouting all over the city, Montebello Villa Hotel remains confident that it would not have a negative effect on the company as proven by the support they had over the years.

In return, Montebello introduced their corporate card called the CEO card of Corporate Elite Organization, which is given to their selected valued clients that has continually believed in the services of the hotel.

Montebello General Manager Rey Fuentes said during the launching of the card on the CEO night that this is their way of giving back to their valued clients that support that has been given to them

He explained that the card will be given to selected customers who can avail of a lot of benefits including a free monthly overnight stay for two for a whole year.

Also, Fuentes said that they would have themed parties for the cardholders every other three months so that they could interact with other clients and the members of the hotel.

Cardholders would also get priority bookings for Montebello and other free and exciting freebies and services.

Fuentes said that this is their way of acknowledging the efforts of the clients who continually recognize and believe in Montebello and has helped them accomplish the sole identity of being the only “garden hotel” in the city that offers the best of both worlds-both for business and leisure.

Aside from the services of Montebello that could be given first hand to their clients, members of the CEO program could also avail of the inclusions of the partnership of Montebello and other establishments like Networld hotel and Pearl Manila Hotel in Manila, Boracay Grand Vista in Boracay and three other hotels in other parts of the country.

Fuentes said that they could give convenience to their clients by assisting them in bookings in their partner establishments.

Further, Fuentes shared that aside from these developments, they are also currently undergoing a lot of renovations and upgrading to give better services to their customers.

This including the already refurbished 80 out of 148 rooms in Montebello and the soon to be renovated restaurant which will be renovated into an airconditioned resto that would sport a European-Asian concept and would serve food of this theme.— AJ de la Torre
