Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation highlights the “condotel” concept for its Boracay project this October.
At the launching of the Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center last Wednesday, Chairman of the Board and CEO Richard King unveiled the recent undertakings of the Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corp. in the island of Boracay.
Offering a unique selling promotion of 45-day free stay at any Crown Regency branches nationwide, or option for an accommodation to 2, 000 Interval International hotels and resorts worldwide, the Boracay project has spurred attention of clients, brokers, and agents alike after its launching last Wednesday.
Providing an opportunity to own a piece of paradise right in the premier vacation capital of the Philippines plus the added benefit of living the “good life,” Crown Regency Group of Hotels assures their clients that their investments will appreciate whether they use it or not.
Clients are guaranteed yearly investment for a piece of this asset. For an investment that would range from P4- 8 million, about a half million pesos return of investment revenue will be generated each year according to VP for Sales and Marketing Jose Ma. Gianzon in a recent interview.
“This is an unmatched privilege never offered by any other developer in the Philippines and this is a bold and gallant move that we can be proud of,” said King in his speech at the launching last Wednesday.
The Crown Regency Resort and Convention Center exemplifies the element of water from the three other elemental-inspired projects yet to be undertaken by the Crown Regency Group of Hotels for Boracay.
In a 1.2 hectare property, 382 condo units will be built located in Station 2 that would offer impressive amenities and facilities to local and foreign tourists in the island.
The property is owned by Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc., a 100% subsidiary of J. King & Sons Co., Inc. and developed and marketed by the Fuente Triangle Realty Development.
The project’s development team includes ASEC Development and Construction Corporation as general contractor, T. I Vasquez Architects & Planners, Inc. serving as principal Architect, E. A. Aurelio + ADI LTD., Inc (Phils.) for the landscape architecture and Gerard R. Mendoza Interiors for the resort’s interior design. Lead marketing arm for this project is the Garces Realty.
After the launching in Cebu last Wednesady, the Boracay project is scheduled to be launched in Manila this week.
