One of the noticeable enhancements in AutoCAD 2015 is the ambitious redesign of the AutoCAD interface. Its darker and fresher color scheme brings out more vivid colors and minimizes eyestrain by making fine lines, buttons, and text easier to see, and also helps improve the design process.
The New Tab page feature also lets users quickly open new and existing drawings, while ribbon galleries save time and clicks by visually accessing drawing content directly from the ribbon.
“The other highlight of the AutoCAD 2015 version is that users can now easily connect workflows across integrated desktop, cloud, and mobile solutions. AutoCAD 2015 also has enhanced the reality capture capability by allowing users to bring in real-life data and models into the AutoCAD canvas. AutoCAD 2015 is available in two versions: Autodesk AutoCAD which adds 3D modeling tools and point cloud support; and AutoCAD Design Suites which lets users extend their AutoCAD design workflow from pre-concept to completion with AutoCAD Raster Design and visual communication solutions such as Autodesk Showcase and Autodesk 3ds Max Design.
