The week ahead

PH:  The action starts for us on Wednesday when Citicore Renewable Energy [CREC] is scheduled to price its IPO. This isn’t a hard deadline, so it’s possible that we’ll actually hear about the pricing decision on Thursday morning. Then we end the week with the final day of the Union Bank [UBP 33.70, up 0.1%; 89% avgVol] stock rights offering offer period on Friday.

International:  Nothing that I’m watching.

MB bottom-line: This is a light week and there’s no reason for me to sugar-coat it. That doesn’t mean I’m expecting it to be drama-free since we still have the active suspensions of Phoenix Petroleum [PNX suspended]., Chelsea Logistics [C suspended], and Philippine Infradev [INFRA suspended], and you never know what those Annual Reports could look like when they finally drop.
