Camella transforms Tierra Nevada into a ‘communicity’

MANILA, Philippines - Camella, the flagship brand of Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc., continues to transform its 150-hectare Camella Tierra Nevada in Gen. Trias, Cavite into an innovative masterplanned city called “communicity”, where everything the residents’ needs are within reach.

Communicities are innovative masterplanned city developments, with vast properties that offer community structures and commercial establishments closer to a city than a mere residential village.

“We, in Camella, give great importance to our residents’ convenience; hence, we are building a city center that will offer everything from malls, schools, to even hospital, transport hub, and gasoline station,” said Ric Pallesco, Camella Mega Manila operating head.

Recently, Camella Tierra Nevada launched its newest phase called Camella Vita, a 25-hectare residential community complete with amenities such as clubhouse, swimming pool, pocket parks and play grounds, play courts, walkways, and jogging and biking paths. It also guarantees safety and security with its high perimeter fence, entrance gate with CCTV and round-the-clock security guards.

“Camella Tierra Nevada is expected to increase in value by eight to 10 percent due to the ongoing developments being integrated within the communicity. Hence, we are encouraging homebuyers and property investors to check out Camella Tierra Nevada, now,” added Pallesco.

Spanning the cities of General Trias and Dasmariñas, Tierra Nevada is close to SM Dasma, Robinson’s Dasma and Waltermart. It also provides quick access to schools like Lyceum, St. Paul Dasma and La Salle Dasma; and churches like St. Francis of Assisi and Iglesia ni Cristo. Camella also ensures its residents’ sense of security and comfort by building Tierra Nevada close to La Salle Medical Center, Gentri Medical Center, Gentri Doctors Hospital.

It is accessible via Cavite’s main highways - A. Bonifacio, Governor’s Drive, Aguinaldo Highway and the newly-opened Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCx) road that connects Cavite to South Luzon Expressway (SLEx).
