MANILA, Philippines - CDC Holdings Inc. marks a milestone as it recently started works on its newest project, CDC Millennium Ortigas, which is set to be completed in 2015.

CDC Millennium Ortigas is a prime investment of serviced residence units, residential apartments and commercial spaces.  The serviced residence component will be managed by The Ascott Ltd., the world’s largest serviced residence owner-operator, and will carry Ascott’s Citadines brand.

The Citadines serviced residence caters to expatriates and business travelers who value indulgent home comforts and conveniences as much as they do new experiences.  It is located at the heart of Ortigas, which delivers its promise of convenience for both work and leisure.   “CDC Millennium Ortigas is a prime investment, not just for urban professionals, but also families and those searching for something truly innovative,” said Charlene D. Chua, vice president for sales and marketing for CDC Holdings. “By purchasing a unit that may be included in the serviced residence pool, you are guaranteed a stable, hassle-free and cash generating investment.”

The serviced residence has 280 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom spaces.  Of the total inventory, 90 units are available for purchase that may also be a part of the serviced residence pool.  Residential units, on the other hand, feature a generous use of space and carefully designed units.

It is also worthwhile to note the separation of sets of amenities for the serviced residents and residential apartments to provide guests and unit owners with utmost privacy and best service.  There will also be different entrances along Sapphire Road and Ortigas Ave. to cater to tenants and guests, respectively. Serviced residence amenities include a fully-equipped gym, meeting room, business center, and launderette.

Following both CDC Holdings, Inc. and Ascott’s thrust of developing environment friendly properties;  CDC Millennium Ortigas  incorporates green features to help residents consistently reduce their carbon footprint.  Energy-saving lights and air conditioning systems, utility and water meters, large amounts of natural illumination, and motion sensors are only some of the features guests and residents can expect during their stay.  This sets  CDC Millennium Ortigas  apart as part of a new breed of structures that take the environment into account.  CDC Holdings is already in the process of securing certification for Singapore’s BCA Greenmark Assessment criteria.

“With an expected gross rental yield of 6-8 percent and capital appreciation of 3-5 percent, this is an attractive investment for all.  Providing the best value for money and future net worth appreciation, it gives investors a chance to take part in a growing industry, while experiencing the best of global excellence,”  Chua said.

The  CDC Millennium Ortigas showroom is now open for viewing at Ortigas Ave. corner Sapphire Road.  For more information, call 894-0808 or visit www.cdcmillenium.com.
