MANILA, Philippines - Metro Manila’s newest commercial shopping center will soon rise at a 1.5-hectare prime property formerly occupied by the Pantranco bus terminal in Quezon City following the launching of the Fisher Mall, a billion-peso development which, when completed, is expected to become a prime shopping destination in the metropolis.
The kick-off rites at the project site were highlighted by the ground breaking and the lowering of the time capsule by officials of Mallers Investment,, Inc. led by Roberto N. del Rosario, chairman.
Among the prominent personalities who graced the event were Quezon City Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, Rep. Vincent Crisologo, City Administrator Vic Endriga, Councilor Onyx Crisologo, former Sen. Nikki Coseteng; and Architect Felino Palafox, Jr.
Other officials of Mallers Investment present were Paul del Rosario, vice chairman; Raymond del Rosario, president; Moleen del Rosario, director; and Sasha Elizalde-del Rosario, vice president.
According to Mallers Investment officials, the Fisher Mall is expected to find its place among the country’s major commercial centers because of its range of world-class and ultra-modern features and amenities that will definitely attract millions of shoppers and customers.
The strategic location of Fisher Mall at the junction of Quezon Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue positions it along a busy, major road artery running throughout the city, making it accessible to both public and private transport services.
As to market reach and coverage, it is situated at the center of the bustling, densely-populated residential section of Metro Manila, within easy reach of residents of upper- and middle-class communities like Heroes’ Hills, West Triangle and New Manila.
With a design that features an eclectic mix of utilitarian comfort and luxury, the Fisher Mall will offer a fabulous array of the latest and newest retail products and brands, from fashion, technology and household to a selection of gastronomical delights that are guaranteed to appeal to a lot of shoppers.
