Real estate broker's licensure exam set

MANILA, Philippines - In preparation for another licensure examination for those aspiring to be licensed real estate brokers, Urban Institute of Real Estate, will conduct several sections of the 60-Hour Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) for prospective examinees in the board examination for real estate brokers set March 18, 2012 This CRES plus a 60-hour on the job training (OJT), under the supervision of a licensed real estate broker, complies with the 120-hour CPE units required by the Real Estate Services Act (RESA) to qualify as a real estate broker.

The different sections are as follows:

Quezon City Section, every Friday, Nov. 4, 11, 18, 25, Dec. 2, 9, Jan. 6, 13, 20, 27, Feb. 3 & 10, 1:15 to 6:45 p.m. Venue is Maximo Function Room, Max’s Restaurant, 2nd Level, Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City.

Makati Tuesday morning section, every Tuesday, Nov. 8, 15, 22, 29, Dec. 6, 13, Jan. 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb. 7 and 14, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Venue is Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Makati - Wednesday afternoon section, every Wednesday, Nov. 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec. 7, 14, Jan. 11, 18, 25, Feb. 1, 8 & 15, 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Venue is Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Makati - Saturday afternoon section, every Saturday, Nov. 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec. 3, 10, Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28, Feb. 4 and 11, 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Venue is Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Engr. Enrico Cruz, 1st and 8th placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination respectively will again directly manage and supervise the conduct of these minars. In the last exam, Urban Institute produced seven topnotchers with a high passing rate of more than 80 percent of its examinees.
