Sucat's Central Park unveiled

MANILA, Philippines - It may not share the size of its namesake in New York, but Central Park, the three-hectare expanse of land located within the cluster of condominiums known as TRIbeca Private Residences, certainly offers as much fun, activity, and opportunities to relax and experience nature in a highly-urban setting.

At a recent groundbreaking ceremony to launch the park’s official construction, key players behind Central Park and TRIbeca Private Residences — Landco Pacific Corporation vice chairman and executive director Alfred Xerez-Burgos, Jr.; Landco president and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III; ATR KimEng Financial Corporation chairman Ramon Arnaiz; and ATR KimEng Land, Inc. president Renato Leveriza, Jr.—gamely kicked soccer balls into a goal. The gentlemen also buried a time capsule blessed by Fr. Blas Briones, and were later serenaded by the Children’s Choir Foundation over brunch with other guests in attendance.

Designed by Efren Aurelio, Tribeca’s Central Park lives up to the “Life at your Leisure” tagline all Landco properties are reputed for. City dwellers who need a visual break from office buildings and concrete roads will definitely appreciate Central Park’s generous, open landscape and cool, fresh air. Start or end your day strolling in a Leisure Walkway or tree court, and make a habit of hanging out with family and friends in the park’s gorgeous lawns and tree-lined paved roads.
