Doña Estela initiated the development of Posadas Village in 1969 along with other residential communities in their expansive land in Sucat. Today, in partnership with real estate maverick Brittany Corp., the Marfori-Posadas clan continues the legacy with the development of The Marfori at Brittany Bay.

Occupying over 60 hectares along the South Luzon Expressway, Brittany Bay is a breath-taking sight to behold.
