The brainchild behind the serene, luxurious ambience of this stylish designer showroom is the gifted team of the Recio+Casas firm. Federal Land, Inc. chose the Recio+Casas Architects for the firm’s commitment to providing distinctive, innovative modern design. Led by Bong Recio and Carmelo Casas, the many prestigious landmarks credited to its name include the First Pacific Bank in Hong Kong, Mandarin Hotel Macau and Thailand’s Stock Exchange Building. Their firm was part of the group that designed the magnificent GT Tower in Makati, another much-acclaimed Federal Land project.
Upon entrance, the designer showroom instantly reminds you of a tropical resort. Light painted walls and cheery interiors illuminated by yellow lighting enhance its warmth and serene atmosphere. An inviting, cozy lounge area greets the guests, with its floor-to ceiling windows, offering an awe-inspiring view of lush gardens glistening in the bright sunlight.
Out of the four featured model units artfully crafted by the country’s top designers, the Recio+Casas team designed the three-bedroom model unit, with the urban paradise theme as their inspiration. "The whole idea was to set a mood that is atypical of most homes within the city. That is bringing a so-called resort ambiance into it," Recio+Casas Interior designer Jennifer Sawit said.
Sawit reveals every unit was designed to create a relaxing holiday mood without exactly losing the look and feel of a home, "We opted for natural finishes, neutral colors complemented by teak parquet for homeowners to feel they are not just going home but also, on vacation."
