World Earth Day

La Marea, a community of tree-lined streets and lovely homes in San Pedro, Laguna where the natural environment is carefully protected, invites visitors to celebrate World Earth Day on Sunday, April 24, 2005. A similar celebration was held last April 17.

Activities to be held on Sunday include tree-planting, during which guests will have the chance to name the trees they will plant. A workshop on recycling, composting and solid waste management will also be held, titled "Take Care Of Our Planet." Still another activity will be a Bird and Reptile Show, providing an opportunity for visitors, particularly children, to learn more about the animals that share the world with human beings.

A community developed by 360 º Living, a division of Brittany Corp., the trendsetting property maverick known for theme-inspired and master-planned communities, La Marea is strategically located right on the southbound San Pedro exit of the South Luzon Expressway in Laguna, immediately after the Susana Heights exit.

La Marea is a community where families, especially those with growing children, enjoy a happy, well-rounded life in comfort and ease, where an unspoiled, natural environment is cherished and nurtured. Thus, World Earth Day is especially relevant to the community.
