PAREB Vis-Min confab

The Philippine Association of Realtors Boards, Inc. (PAREB), the oldest and largest real estate service organization in the Philippines with close to 50 chapters nationwide with a combined membership base of approximately 2,000 Realtors throughout the country, will hold its Joint Visayas-Mindanao Regional Conference at the Chateau Angelique Hotel, Arguelles St., Jaro, Iloilo City on April 15 & 16, 2005. The conference theme is "REALTORS: Partners for Countryside Development".

PAREB national president Realtor® Bobby Sy announced that Rene Villa, Secretary of the Department of Land Reform shall be the conference’s keynote speaker while Pres.Adviser Rafael Cosculluela will speak on the Government’s Program on Countryside Development and DOT Undersecretary Salvador Sarabia, Jr. on the Development of Regional Tourism Estates. Iloilo Provincial Governor Neil Tupaz will be the guest of honor during the welcome dinner and Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Trenas will be the guest of honor during the gala night.

The Vis-Min Regional Conference is chaired by Realtor Bob Catolico, Vice-President for Visayas and is co-chaired by Realtor® Cani Catbagan, Vice-President for Mindanao. It is hosted by the PAREB- Iloilo City Realtors Board (ICRB) headed by Realtor Nitz Daluz with Realtor Joe Demaisip as the President’s regional coordinator of the affair.

The Philippine Association of Realtors® Boards (PAREB) which will be celebrating its 45th year on May 15 has always been at the forefront of professionalizing the real estate profession as well as promoting and expanding trade linkages to ensure a dynamic real estate industry to complement the government’s efforts towards genuine and sustainable development.
