Brittany’s Duetto, Swiss Quadrille launch set

Brittany Corp. the maverick developer of high-end residential communities that are raising industry standards for vision, quality of planning and above all, distinctive themes that enhance property values and elevate them above the rest, is set to inaugurate two model homes at two of its developments on August 29: the Duetto model on Victorianne Row in Brittany Bay near the Sucat Interchange in Paraña-que; and the Swiss Quadrille model at CrossWinds in Tagaytay.

Brittany Bay, the company’s flagship project, is a community of neighborhoods, an oasis of urban renewal that will revitalize the lifestyle of residents. Drawing its theme from the city of San Francisco with its new-Victorian architecture, Brittany Bay’s neighborhoods are functionally and visually complementary in line with the company’s interpretation of urban renewal.

The neighborhoods give residents a range of choices: Victorianne Row with its Duettos and Quadrilles, houses with architecture evocative of "Postcard Row" on Alamo Square in San Francisco; La Posada, consisting of lovely, single-detached home and lot residences with picturesque windows and comfortable porches; and Viera, an impressive complex of mid-rise condos that embody privacy, style and community. The neighborhoods are complemented by selected restaurants and other commercial shops, greenery and landscaping, a promenade and a viewing deck, contributing to a natural, relaxed environment. Walkways will enable residents to stroll comfortably among the neighborhoods and commercial establishments.

CrossWinds is a Swiss-inspired weekend enclave, an exclusive retreat south of Metro Manila, the only one planted to thousands and thousands of imported pine trees, with choices of single-detached chalet-type homes or Quadrilles. The latter are thoughtfully designed structures, each consisting of four residences that maximize comfort and privacy while harmonizing with the landscape. The idea behind the Swiss Quadrilles is to free up more space for the entire community, space which would otherwise become unavailable if all the residences were single-detached. Thus, residents have more of the outdoors and nature to appreciate.

After their inauguration, previews of the Duetto at Brittany Bay and the Quadrille at CrossWinds may be arranged by calling telephone numbers 850-6986, 850-2868 and 850-3359.
