Would be real estate buyers, investors, developers, professionals and property owners are invited to attend the seminar on six important real estate topics that will be conducted by Urban Institute of Real Estate as follows: July 10 - How to Avoid and Remedy Foreclosure; July 12 - How to Start & Manage a Successful Real Estate Brokerage Office; July 13- How to Profitably Buy & Sell Real Estate; July 14 - How to Make Big Money in Distressed Property; July 15 - Buying & Financing Your First Home; and July 17 - Installment Sales: What you Need to Know. All the topics are stand alone and can be attended on a day-to-day basis independent of each other.

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center (ACCEED), located at the corner of Benavidez and Trasierra Sts., Legaspi Village, Makati City would be the venue of the Seminar on July 10 and 17 while for the July 12, 13, 14 & 15 seminars, the venue is Max’s Restaurant, Glorietta 2, Park Square Dr. Ayala Center, Makati City.

Lecturer is Engr. Enrico S. Cruz, a licensed real estate consultant and 1st and 8th placers in the real estate appraiser’s and broker’s board examination respectively, and who was invested as a "Real Estate Fellow" by the Philippine Council of Real Estate Educators.
