Mavericks behind Joya

Joya, Rockwell Land Corp.’s newest residential development comes alive under the masterful direction of a dream team of the finest interior designers and landscape architects.

Interior designer extraordinary Guillermo "Butch" Valdez, formerly of Texeira, California works hand and hand with seasoned architectural and design consultant Arlen De Guzman to create a perfect combination of traditional and contemporary design that is unique to Joya’s main lobby, club room and other common areas.

Alice Erfe, known for quite a number of exceptional designs found in Manila’s top five-star hotels, oversees the fixture, furniture and interior procurement.

Landscape Architects, Joaquin "Jacko" Zialcita (J.M. Zialcita) and John Nortowicz (LACC International) round out the design team. These two key figures work in close collaboration to provide a lush setting of flora and fauna that would speak volumes of Joya’s elegance and style.

By and large, these five talented and highly skilled artists enhance the natural beauty of space and light that Architect Willie V. Coscolluela and the team of engineers provide Joya’s plans, structure and system design.

Rockwell Land Corp. remains true to form by commissioning these five "mavericks" to create another top-notch real estate development at Rockwell Center.
