Scenes from a hillside tea party

Postcard-pretty views and serene landscapes greeted guests and visitors at Ayala Hillside Estates’ recent open house in Capitol Hills, Quezon City. Many of them were naturally curious about the Ayala Land development which has been so warmly received by the market. Its first two phases sold quickly and the third phase is nearly 75 percent sold despite the hefty asking prices at Ayala Hillside Estates.

Guests at the event sponsored by Ayala Land Inc. were particularly pleased at the proximity of the 23-hectare subdivision to the country's finest universities and the activity hub of Katipunan Avenue.

As they took note of the development’s many features, guests and their children were invited to try their hand at painting ceramic tea cups. As they took in the views, clients were served an assortment of teas and little sandwiches. For many, wielding a paint brush was an uncommon activity but this did not stop them from creating their own personalized tea cups.

Guests and lot owners alike unleashed their artistry while envisioning the Ayala Hillside community. Carved out from the original Capitol Hills Golf Course, the project was designed for homeowners to enjoy the fairway and lakeside vies of Capitol Hills Golf and Country Club’s newly constructed precision golf course as well as of the mountains of Montalban and the views of overlooking Marikina valley.

Market excitement over the property has been heightened by the fact that much of Ayala Hillsides’ road network and other structures have been completed. In addition, 18 holes of the golf couse will soon open feature landscaped vistas and seemingly endless rolling terrain. Unlike other subdivision, Ayala Hillside Estates boasts of mature trees with full crowns that heighten the ambience of the neighborhood.
