Highlands Prime Inc., recently turned over the first unit of maiden project, The Woodridge in Tagaytay Highlands, to its new owner Mr. and Mrs. Von Friedrich and Lilia Paterro. Highlands Prime Inc.’s president Antonio A. Henson and vice chairman Willy N. Ocier, personally turned over the units to the proud new owners.

The Woodridge, the maiden project of Highlands Prime, is a medium density residential condominium development located on one of the highest points in Tagaytay Highlands. This project was launched in October 2002 and the first building of 12 units was completed in 10 months. Two other buildings consisting of 48 units will be completed in the next two months.

Designed by the prestigious architectural firm Recio+Casas, by the Structural Engineering firm of E. Morales and Associates and by the well-known landscape architect I.P. Santos and Associates, The Woodridge masterfully weaves timber and other stone structures with the natural contours of the mountains to create a tree-lined flower strewn landscape that provides residents with a vacation like ambiance all year round.

Sales of the Woodridge have been moving well. Sixty five percent of the 90 units opened for sale have been taken.
