Sta. Lucia’s Saddle & Clubs Leisure Park project on track

The construction of residential and racetrack portions of the Saddle & Clubs Leisure Park are ongoing. The development is a unique integration of residential, commercial, sports and recreational estate planned in the highest standards of mixed-used community living. Sta. Lucia Realty & Development Inc. and its partners namely: Philippine Racing Club Inc.; AZKCON Construction and Development Inc.; EBECOM Holdings Inc.; Harmony Homes Inc; Megatop Realty; and Atty. Marketing network firm Royale Homes Marketing Corporation is leading the group in putting Saddle & Clubs on the market and aggressively establishing it as a sensible investment these days.

The main attraction of the development is the racetrack and support facility, which will soon be the new address of the Sta. Ana Park.
