MANILA, Philippines - October 22, 2011 marked the 10th anniversary of the BMW Car Club of the Philippines. The festivities started with an all BMW cars fun run from the Caltex fuel station in Whiteplains, Quezon City all the way to the event venue in MMLDC Foundation Inc., in Sumulong, Antipolo.
It was an informal gathering of the club’s members, major sponsors and friends. Edwin Reyes (BMWCCP Club President) and Chiko Ward (BMWCCP Vice President for Communications) gave guests a look back on the humble beginnings of the club. There were also testimonies from club members who have been with the organization thru its infancy. A series of audio visual presentations were shown while everybody enjoyed a sumptuous dinner buffet prepared by MMLDC’s very own chef.
Part of the program was a presentation of plaques to the club’s major sponsors and selected members, thanking them for their support of the club’s activities this year. Finally, no event will be complete without some fun, games, prizes and giveaways.
