New generation dealerships to usher in a stronger Chevrolet presence in the Philippines

MANILA, Philippines - Chevrolet Philippines was never just about selling cars. From the get go, The Covenant Car Company Inc., exclusive distributor of Chevrolet vehicles, parts and accessories in the Philippines has worked hard to cultivate a reputation that is strongly customer-oriented, where quality takes precedence in every stage of a vehicle’s life, from production and distribution, all the way to marketing and after-sales services.

Winning customers over and bagging the prestigious Car Of The Year award in 2010 for Chevrolet Cruze is an affirmation that Chevrolet is on the right on track. And there seems to be no slowing down on this road as all signs point to an even bigger Chevy presence in the Philippine market more than ever.

By the end of the year, Chevrolet will have expanded by not just one or two new dealerships, but from a whopping five more before the year ends making the 2011 roster to 16 dealerships nationwide. Already, the addition of what they call “new generation dealerships” like Chevrolet Greenhills-EDSA, Otis-Manila and North-EDSA have set new standards of excellence where sales and aftersales services are in focus. Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Atty. Albert Arcilla believes that this is a development that reinforces what Chevy has stood for from the very beginning. “We have always believed that ownership of a Chevrolet vehicle is an investment that deserves utmost respect and care. So that in every aspect of the customer’s dealings with us, we always endeavor to let them feel that they’ve made the right choice by giving us their trust”.

Besides the promise of going that extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction, the new generation dealerships will also feature new Corporate Identity Standards from GM International Operations in Shanghai that will soon be adapted by Chevrolet dealerships all over the Asian region. The new design has provisions for a showroom and a large glass-enclosed service workshop so customers have a clear view of goings on from every possible vantage point – an indication that Chevy’s commitment to the customer is thorough and unwavering proof that this brand is not afraid to walk the talk.

TCCCI and its partner dealerships aim to support the growing Chevrolet market and to provide easier access after-sales services in more locations all over the country. Expect more dealerships to pop up within the next 12 months, with Chevrolet Cebu (under new management) and Chevrolet Tacloban leading the pack.

Visitors can expect a warm welcome from the following “new generation” Chevrolet showrooms:
