One World at EDSA Shangri-La

Helping to make the world a better and more flavorful place to live in is EDSA Shangri-La Hotel Manila as it recently held an Indian food festival at the HEAT all-day dining restaurant. Led by the brilliant hotel general manager Sinan Yilmaz who has been very busy with the hotel’s plush events, Indian master chef Fanishwar Nath presented the flavors of India to food enthusiasts including ambassador of India, His Excellency Yogendra Kumar and Philippine Airlines executive vice president Vivienne Tan. Aside from the delectable event, Sinan Yilmaz and his group took the extra step to help save the Earth from degradation by joining the recently-held Earth Hour. The hotel, including its valued guests, turned off lights for an entire hour to help reduce energy consumption.
