Manila, Philippines - The Philippine Coffee Board Inc. (PCBI) will hold a coffee farming seminar in Cavite State University on May 27.
The seminar and mini tour starts at Le Bistro Vert in Makati and will pass by an organic vegetable and coffee farm, a coffee research center and a roasting facility.
The seminar will be conducted by Dr. Andy Mojica, author of the Barako:The Big Bean book (Anvil Publishing, 2005) and head of the National Coffee Research Center in Cavite.
