MANILA, Philippines – The 2011 Hog Convention and Trade Exhibits (HogCon) slated on March 17-19, marks the annual events’ 20th year and will be celebrated in a very Filipino fashion – fiesta style.
The 20th HogCon will carry the theme: “Strengthening the Hog Industry in the Face of Global Challenges” and will be held at the Forum of the PICC in Pasay City. It will feature seminars and workshops and a host of exhibits catering to the vast needs of the hog industry.
Trade exhibitors will showcase their latest products and services to thousands of individuals, groups and companies involved in the hog industry and its allied sectors.

“We’re very happy to have reached this milestone,” said Edwin Chen, convention chairman and incoming ProPork president. “We want to celebrate the occasion in a big way because it’s also our way of thanking everyone who have continued to assist us in setting up the HogCon every year.”
