Meat, fish processing seminar set June 26

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish-processing at the PTTC, Department of Trade and Industry Bldg., (DTI) Roxas Blvd., cor. Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. on June 26, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials and  costing. 

Participants will get to experience how to make tocino, skinless longganisa, bacon, Chinese (canton) sausage, embutido, chicken nuggets, chicken and pork ham, pork kikiam, fish ball, fish fillet, spanish and tomato sardine, fish burger, squid ball, corned beef.

Bonus courses includes how to make vegetable preserved ( achara from papaya, ampalaya, carrot, sayote, etc.) and peanut butter making.  

Each participant will receive a certificate of training right after the seminar. Lunch and snack will be served. Handouts and all raw materials for hands-on training will be provided.
