RLC Residences to launch 2nd tower for MIRA

MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has launched the second tower of its latest residential development in Quezon City given the strong take-up for the first tower introduced last April.

The real estate firm of the Gokongwei family said MIRA by RLC Residences has become one of the most sought-after residential developments, with the first tower reaching 80 percent sales since it was launched.

“We are thrilled to see such an overwhelming response to MIRA. This milestone reaffirms our commitment to designing homes with your family’s future in mind. Our focus has always been to create living spaces that cater to the evolving needs of modern families, blending comfort, connectivity, and technology seamlessly,” RLC Residences marketing head and chief integration officer Karen Cesario said.

Following the success of the first tower, RLC Residences has decided to launch MIRA’s second tower as part of Phase 1 of the development.

RLC Residences’ senior vice president and business unit general manager John Richard Sotelo earlier said that the target launch for the second tower of MIRA is by the second quarter of next near, but it may be done earlier should they see fast take-up for the first tower.

MIRA is a four-tower Nordic-inspired development by RLC Residences in a 9,583-square meter property in Cubao.

The project has a total gross floor area of 155,517 sqm with 2,150 residential units and 643 parking spaces for future homeowners upon completion.

Construction of the first tower, which has a total of 539 units, is eyed for completion by the fourth quarter of 2030.

MIRA is intended to be a family-centric development that o?ers a wide range of features tailored to meet the needs of modern millennial family builders.

With over 8,000 sqm in amenities, RLC said 73 percent is dedicated to outdoor amenities.

The development o?ers reasonably priced units which makes it an ideal investment option for families seeking a comfortable and secure living environment.

It offers studio, one and two-bedroom units with balcony options, ranging from 26.5 sqm to 78 sqm living spaces.

“MIRA reflects our vision of creating homes that are not only beautiful and functional but also nurturing environments where families can thrive. We are proud to launch the second tower and continue our journey of providing exceptional living spaces for Filipino families,” Cesario said.
