MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), the real estate firm of the Gokongwei family, is introducing the second tower of its premium development Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne Destination Estate.
The listed property developer said the first tower of Le Pont Residences is now 85 percent sold, one of the fastest-selling residential developments in the area.
RLC Residences launched the first tower of the premium high-rise property in 2023.
“Le Pont Residences is both a haven and an investment opportunity. It’s only been one year and six months since we first introduced the first tower, but it already appreciated by eight percent in net value, with units currently valued at P310,000 per square meter compared to the initial launch price of P286,000 per square meter,” RLC Residences’ business unit general manager and Robinsons Land chief marketing officer John Richard Sotelo said.
“We are proud of this performance, which is much higher than the government 10-year tenor of 6.5 percent,” Sotelo said.
RLC said the second tower features an enhanced selection of units, including bi-level penthouse units. It also features one to four-bedroom homes, including an executive one-bedroom unit.
Tower 2 will also access the same host of amenities offered at Tower 1.
“We are proud of how Le Pont Residences is designed to be a one-of-a-kind residential development in Bridgetowne Destination Estate. This project is also an epitome of our raise, live, connect philosophy - which is providing our residents with beautiful, well-designed homes that elevate their lifestyle, while at the same time presenting an excellent investment opportunity,” RLC Residences marketing head and chief integration officer Karen Cesario said.
Bridgetowne Destination Estate is a 31-hectare master-planned destination estate that is home to premium shopping centers like Opus Mall.
Towering over the entire destination estate is the 60-meter-high statue called The Victor.
