FLI said its office business arm Filinvest Cyberparks Inc. (FCI) won the bid for the lease contract for NBI’s main office, having the lowest calculated quotation among 11 submissions from 10 participants.

The offered leased spaces were post-qualified and resolved to be compliant with NBI’s requirements contained in the bidding documents after inspection and evaluation.

NBI will be leasing prime office spaces at FCI’s prime office spaces at Filinvest Cyberzone Bay City in Pasay City.
