Haus Talk nets P243 million in 2023

MANILA, Philippines — Listed property developer Haus Talk Inc. (HTI) saw its earnings jump by 23 percent to P242.6 million last year as revenue expanded by more than half.

HTI said the company’s growth in 2023 was a result of prudent investments and the successful execution of various projects initiated two years ago.

“With the numbers exhibiting positive returns not only for HTI and especially our shareholders, we are even more confident now to launch projects in other locations where housing is needed by the market,”  HTI head of corporate planning and investors relations Francis Madlambayan said.

Madlambayan said pivotal in driving the company’s positive financial results was the Granary in Laguna, an economic housing project that integrates fine townhome features and community master-planning within affordable housing schemes.

Madlambayan also cited the significant impact of HTI’s initial public offering on its strategic initiatives, resulting in substantial increases in revenue, income, and a notable 17-percent growth in assets for 2023.

He said this robust foundation would serve as a catalyst for HTI’s expansion endeavors.

HTI recently broke ground on two projects – The Hammond and Ellery Homes – in Antipolo as part of the company’s efforts to address the region’s affordable housing needs.

The company expects to generate P840 million in revenues from the two new projects, which includes its foray into condominium development.
