MANILA, Philippines — To prepare individuals and organizations in the 21st century workplace, the Center for Global Best Practices will hold a two-session online training titled Professionalism and Etiquette in the 21st Century Workplace on Nov. 21 and 22 from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. via Zoom.
Professional conduct and good manners are good for business. These create goodwill, trust, credibility and better relationships, which in turn translate to more customers and profits.
When attempting to pursue opportunities in the business world, workers need to have a professional identity for themselves and their organization. Their professional behavior and language should match their branding.
While manners do not change, etiquette evolves in the technology-driven world we now live in.
The training program will allow organizations to align their corporate values with their mission and vision, provide guideposts to understanding the Filipino culture in an increasingly diverse workforce, and enable individuals and teams to work harmoniously and effectively.
This special program will be led by CGBP course director and lecturer, Ramon de Leon.
The training program will also feature William Daland III, who is a certified image consultant and was a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).
Registration is open to the general public. A must for business owners, entrepreneurs, board directors, chief executive officers, leaders and key management officers, supervisors, HR and organizational development practitioners, department heads and managers, tenured and young professionals, sales and marketing officers, consultants, frontliners and everyone interested in this topic.
CGBP is an accredited training provider of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Supreme Court for MCLE, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Anti-Money Laundering Council, PRC-Board of Accountancy, DILG-Local Government Academy, Governance Commission for GOCCs, and the Civil Service Commission.
