MANILA, Philippines — Global real estate consultancy JLL has appointed Joey Radovan as country head, Philippines. He will succeed Christophe Vicic effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Based in Manila, Joey will report into Chris Fossick, CEO of Southeast Asia. The appointment comes as part of the firm’s succession planning to bolster existing capabilities and align with its growth targets in the region.

No stranger to JLL, Joey joined the real estate firm in October 2020 as vice-chairman with the mandate to support the local senior leadership team to drive key transactions and foster close ties with existing clients.

Radovan’s predecessor, Vicic, will be moving to Malaysia to support YY Lau, country head, Malaysia, in growing the business in leasing, capital markets, consulting and strategic advisory.
