MANILA, Philippines - Park Terraces and Anvaya Cove recently bagged top awards in the third annual Philippines Property Awards. The prestigious event honors the best in Philippine real estate across residential, commercial, office and resort categories.
In the design category, Park Terraces received top honors as Best Residential Architectural Design. This is the second acclaim for Anvaya Cove as its world-class 18-hole golf course was recently recognized as the “Best New Course in Asia” by Asian Golf Monthly magazine, a member of the Asia Pacific Golf Group, one of the premier organizations of golf enthusiasts in South East Asia.
