This seminar feature Leonor D. Boado. She is recently retired as director of the fraud audit and investigation office, legal services sector of the Commission on Audit. She has held various positions in her 34 years in COA including being chief legal officer of the legal adjudication office, director of local government, and thereafter, National Government audit offices.
Her accomplishments include being awarded Outstanding Woman of COA in 2000, magna cum laude, valedictorian and government scholar of the University of the East Law School, and authored three books on criminal law.
