MANILA, Philippines - Landco Pacific continues its conceptual approach to creating new leisure lifestyles and experiences by catapulting its Leisure Tourism Estate in Playa Calatagan, Batangas through the launch of two new projects: Playa Calatagan Residences and Aquaria.
Playa Calatagan Residences — a new seaside condominium complex — offers the combined attractions of a luxurious seaside vacation home and the convenience of a modern and fully-integrated residential complex. Built around a leisure tourism estate, the complex has been designed to include a commercial component where the developer will be inviting locators to open boutiques, restaurants and retail stores. Aquaria will be ready for soft opening by December 2012.
