MANILA, Philippines - RCBC Savings Bank (RSB) and its parent Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) have recently entered into an agreement with an Australian business precess outsourcing (BPO) company.
RSB said it had signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with NRG Global Solutions, which specializes in debt management products.
Under the MOA, RSB will provide solutions for NRG’s housing, auto and salary requirements.
RCBC, on the other hand, will provide cash management solutions to NRG.
According to RSB, the partnership would assist NRG with its financial needs to specifically help the BPO firm achieve its aggressive growth targets.
Established in 1960, RCBC started as small development bank until was given a license to operate as a commercial bank in 1962.
RCBC currently ranks as one of five largest private domestic commercial banks in the country with resources of over P350 billion.
RCBC’s income for the first half remains robust, increasing 35 percent to P3 billion.
Meanwhile, RCBC Savings reported a 37 percent increase in earnings for the first semester of 2012 to P575 million.
RCBC currently has 395 branches and over 890 automated teller machines (ATM) network.
It also has worldwide remittance offices in over 180 locations across Asia Pacific, Middle East, US, Canada and Europe.
