He is the president of ThinkTools Training and Consulting and spent eleven years as an expatriate executive in Jakarta and Manila, organizing or managing marketing operations of joint-venture life insurance companies.
From 1998 to 2001, he worked for Allstate Insurance Co. (USA), and was assigned to the company’s Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters in Manila. As regional recruitment & training director for Southeast Asia, he was responsible for all recruiting and training operations of Allstate Life Insurance companies in Southeast Asia.
