Modern living has maximized the utilization of aromatic candles in homes particularly in the sala and the bedrooms. The Golden Treasure Skills Development Program will conduct a one day seminar on aroma candle making to be held at the PTTC, Garden hall, Department of Trade and Industry Bldg., ( DTI) Roxas Blvd., cor. Senator Gil Puyat Ave. on March 6, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Among the topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials and costing. Participants will get to experience how to make candles using different methods and techniques such as the dipping method, pouring, mold making, casting, hand forming,carving, also they will be taught how to make traditional candle stick, twisted candle, gel candle using pellets type paraffin wax, candles in glass containers and many more.
