MANILA, Philippines – Publicly traded Banco De Oro Unibank, Inc. has been recognized as one of Asia’s 200 Most Admired Companies in a poll conducted by Wall Street Journal, one of the largest international daily newspapers in the world.
The Wall Street Journal Asia 200 is an annual ranking of Asia’s leading companies, as determined by the 2,600 executives and professionals across the Asia-Pacific.
The same poll has also ranked BDO as among the Philippines’ Top 10 Most Admired Firms, as it earned the Top Five spot in terms of Financial Reputation and Innovation.
The annual poll, which is now on its 16th year, was started by the Far Eastern Economic Review until it changed format four years ago. This is the third time the survey was published by the Wall Street Journal Asia.
