Century Communities allots P750M for phase 3 of Canyon Ranch

Century Communities Corp., a unit of Century Properties Inc., is spending P750 million for the development of the third phase of Canyon Ranch, a residential community located in Carmona, Cavite.

The third phase of Canyon Ranch, located within the San Lazaro Leisure Park, will cover an initial eight hectares and comprise about 350 houses.

It will be made available to the public in the first quarter of 2008.

Investors can avail themselves of house and lot packages with up to 20-year bank financing. Homes are priced from P2.5 million and up for three-bedroom units.

Century Properties managing director Marco R. Antonio said the houses to be called Moderno homes will be patterned after the sun-drenched beach houses of Florida and have four initial designs named after key cities in Florida: Orlando, Lauderdale, Miami and Daytona.

“The Moderno design is a new innovation, a fresh look at two-story homes,” Antonio said, adding that this feature also intends to attract the younger market.

The company had spent P1.5 billion for the first and second phases of Canyon Ranch, the first Wi-Fi-integrated community in the South.

The Century Properties Group has over 45 buildings in its portfolio with asset values reaching $1.5 billion.

Since 1986, Century Properties has been developing, managing, and marketing the most exceptional residential, corporate, and leisure developments in the Philippines — The Pacific Star Building, The Riviera Golf and Country Club, The Asian Hospital Medical Suites, and the award winning Essensa East Forbes in Fort Bonifacio.

Other projects include the South of Market at the Fort, the country’s first fully-fitted, fully furnished residential hi-rise, Grand Soho Makati in Buendia Ave., the only fully-fitted condo that offers residents three exceptional design choices, and Soho Central, the first ever transportation oriented development, with its direct link to the MRT train station.
