The new rates are the following:
For general cargo, the new rate for a minimum charge is P1.17/kg/day. For exceptions documents and diplomatic pouches, P45/day, or an increase of almost 30 percent for both.
For special cargo, which includes baggage and personal effects, from P0.88/kg/day to P1.17/kg/day; perishables, valuable cargo, dangerous drugs and restricted articles, live animals, fowls, plants and human remains, from P1.76/kg/day to P2.35/kg/day.
