Top DHL exec to open country office in RP

DHL, the world’s leader in the air express industry, is set to inaugurate its country office in the Philippines on March 11. Flying in to lead the ceremony will be Bryan Jamison, DHL regional director for Southeast Asia.

The DHL House, located along Chino Roces Ave. in Makati City, boasts of an extensive IT and communications network. It features "smart" office systems that function with cordless Internet, phone lines that are equipped with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology for continuous connectivity, and New Generation Scanners – online courier scanners that automatically track packages around the world.

Jamison is a seasoned professional in the air express industry, devoting over 15 years of his career to DHL, which benefited from his wealth of experience and expertise acquired at various positions across the DHL global network. He is responsible for the operations of 16 markets that span from India and Pakistan in the west of Asia to Indonesia and the Philippines in the east.
