Maghahain ngayon ng electoral protest si Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III laban kay Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri sa Senate Electoral Tribunal.
Ayon kay Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr., ama ni Koko, hindi na kailangang magtagal ang protesta ng kanyang anak dahil nakatuon lamang ang petisyon nito ukol sa Maguindanao votes.
“What happened in Maguindanao is this, when election supervisor Lintang Bedol was summoned by Comelec to Manila and asked about the municipal certificates of canvass, at first he said they had been stolen. About 10 days later, he gave another statement. The COC were not stolen, but only missing,” wika pa ni Sen. Pimentel.
Aniya, makalipas ang isang buwan ay biglang lu mitaw ang COCs. (Rudy Andal)
